Returns and Refunds for Funko Dolls
What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller and you must contact and/or make reference to the initial sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds usually are made back to an original card and can take up to 1 month to credit back. However some resellers can have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift cards. Please make reference to an original sellers refund policy.
Freight Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you need to return huge or bulky item that has been delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you throughout the returns process and will have you contact our specialized customer service team, which may schedule the pickup of your item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly.
Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
